Product information
We describe our starters, MPAU units, GSM modules and capacitors as accurately as we can. Specifications, features and photos may change as we improve our products. Before buying, please confirm the right model and HP range for your motor with us or with an authorised BTCO dealer.
Prices and buying
Products cannot be ordered or paid for on this website. To buy, call 08162256789 or WhatsApp 6364767689, or contact one of our dealers. We do not send products by courier. We do not accept returns or give refunds — see Returns & Refunds. Payment is made at the sales point in the ways it accepts, usually cash or UPI.
Installation and safe use
Starters work on mains electricity and must be installed by a qualified electrician, following the instructions supplied with the product and our tutorial videos. Settings such as overload trip amps, dry run and timers should match your motor and pump.
Warranty
BTCO products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of sale: one year for starters and GSM modules, and six months for capacitors. For starters it covers the MPAU unit only — not wiring, contactors or connectors; the GSM module is fully covered. The warranty can be claimed only if the warranty sticker on the product is intact. BTCO mobile app and GSM module
The BTCO Starters app lets you control and monitor starters fitted with a BTCO GSM module. The app works with GSM modules bought after August 2025. Control and alerts depend on the SIM in the GSM module and on mobile network coverage. BTCO is not responsible for delays or missed alerts caused by network outages, an inactive SIM or lack of balance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, BTCO is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of crops, water or income arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tumakuru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
